We are currently seeking experienced opticians or professionals with an optics
background based in Turkey who speak Gemran and are open to relocating to Germany.

Your Responsibilities

● Provide professional consultation to customers.
● Assist customers in selecting the best lenses and frames based on their needs.
● Ensure proper fitting and adjustments for eyeglasses.
● Educate customers on eyewear care and maintenance.
● Work with optical equipment and follow best industry practices.
● Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
● Adhere to German optical industry standards and company policies.

Your Profile

● Optician qualification or experience in optics (e.g., optometry, optoelectronics,
lens fitting).
● Fluent in German (at least A1/B2 level) – ability to communicate with customers
and colleagues.
● Willingness to relocate to Germany (relocation support available).
● Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
● Experience in the optical retail industry is a plus.
